the portfolio guide.
A straightforward explanation of the features included with this site.
Appearance preference
The site follows your system’s light or dark setting by default. If you select a mode, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. It is not a cross-site tracking identifier.
Ask Akef
The standard portfolio guide matches questions to curated information. It runs in your browser and does not send those questions to an AI provider. The conversation stays in the current page session.
If the optional AI mode is enabled, the interface labels it and asks you to agree before sending a question. Your submitted question and selected public portfolio content are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. Do not include confidential, personal, or client information. AI answers may be incorrect.
The optional AI feature does not save chat transcripts in the WordPress database. Short-lived hashed network identifiers and request counters are used to limit abuse. Hosting and service providers may process technical logs under their own policies.
External services
LinkedIn links open an external service with its own privacy policy. The supplied theme does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. If the site owner enables analytics, forms, or additional plugins, this notice should be updated to describe them.
